Family moments

I wake before the rush.
Coffee on, the house still breathing quietly.
In this soft light, I pick up my camera the way some people reach for their keys.
A small ritual that says: I’m here, and I’m paying attention.

I grew up in France.
At twenty-two, I came to Scotland for a summer — to work, learn English, and discover Edinburgh.
That’s where I met Michael, across from the café where I worked.
Two months later, we moved in together… and I never went back.

We ran a little bistro for ten years. There was always flour in the air  and a camera nearby.

Now there are four girls: Ada, Colette, Nico, and Stella — each with her own rhythm.
Our days are ordinary and full:
laces to tie, snacks to pack,
a joke that lands at the wrong time and makes everyone laugh anyway.

That’s where I photograph — in the middle of it all.
It’s never about the perfect picture.
It’s about the feeling, the movement, the memory of what’s happening right now.

Photography helps me slow down.
It keeps my eye on what’s good and true, even when life gets loud.
It reminds me to look, to see, to hold on.

I work mostly in fashion and editorial, but my heart is always drawn to honest moments —
natural light, real emotion, the small beauty in everyday life.
It’s this balance, between the intimate and the crafted, that guides my work.

I want our memories to be something we can touch —
something that waits for us at the end of a busy week.
So I don’t wait. I make the photographs today,
so tomorrow we have the memories we deserve.

Every second, every moment, every family is unique.

Unique. Just like you.”
